This series uses the Enduracers mod which includes many classes of cars, including LMP3. Due to the way the car names/types/teams etc. have been coded into the mod, all cars will show as being available when joining the server.
Only the LMP3 cars can be used in this series.

We will use the Manual Formation Lap Single File Rolling Start procedure defined in Rule 1.4 for this series. On the green light the pole sitting car will not exceed 140kph until the exit of the final turn.

Can you tell something about DRS and P2P with this car? Is it possible to use it? I tried but could not feel any effect.

    connection...

anyhow Q was slower than laps done in 60 liters..went bad.
R if i have car ahead, i just cant press gas can i and getting hit 2-3 times per lap just wont cut it. tbh was little pissed and you would have never gone by today cause of it. cant just bomb every gap there is.

Nice race guys! Shame there was a couple people disconnected near the start, but the battling at the start was amazing! Really nice battle with Kostas at the end, shame it ended in contact, haven't watched the replay but I think it is probably 50/50

Tim got turned sideways in front of me and I had nowhere to go. Well afterwards I went to the pit for a fix me up and came out last. The car had too much damage to drive and be anything other than a moving obstacle.
Yet I wanted to drive the race in the LMP3 so I went out to see if I could catch 11th place. I went from 45 seconds to 16 so that was good enough. I like this car because it is a drivers series, all of us in the same car. All of my passes were of a cars that went off track. No mistakes. All was to plan till Cartwright spun.
Congrats to Nick, Kostas and Callum on their podium finishes.
    :)

Really sorry about that Michael, I'm not usually such a liability, something about this car I'm just not getting!

Positive things first, pace was good and car is fun to drive. On the other hand, race start was bad (rolling start is always good for trouble o_O) and I lost a few positions because I tried to avoid a collision.

Anyway, afterwards I made too many mistakes and had to deal with flat-spotted tires. Not good, hopes that gets better, still I had a good fight with Ed.

Oh and one last thing, the virtual rear mirror of this car is weird, the view is pretty much limited. Sorry, if I blocked someone in the quali. Am I the only who had that problem?

You can adjust the mirrors using the seat adjustment buttons as well as Shift and Ctrl. A bit tricky but can help. I agree the mirrors seemed useless as I had guys beside me that I could not see.

There shouldn't have been any trouble if everyone reminded themselves of the Rolling Start Procedure I informed about in post #3 above.
Ed also had to make some adjustments with the virtual mirror, but I didn't need to change anything. Perhaps I'd done it in the past and it had saved my settings from then(?).

I think the way this rule is written isn't totally clear. Firstly it states single file for the ENTIRE lap which presumably is incorrect. More importantly it states the leading driver MAY eccelerate at the final turn, implying that it's his choice whether he does or not. If the race starts at the final turn regardless of what the polesitter does then I think this should be made clear.

For the formation lap once cars leave the grid, under this specific rule it is single file until the race starts at the final turn.
I suppose it is his choice but the race starts at the final turn irrespective of whether the pole sitter goes or not.

This rule has been in use since SRO began and was also used at Race2Play before that without any problems. Possibly what happened in this race was caused by some guys not going at the final turn and who also run in some of John vd Geest's hosted series, where they have been subject to different requirements where the race does not start until reaching the start/finish line.

To be honest, I had no idea what was happening at the front of the pack. I only know that Gehard and I went at the last turn but then we saw a queue of slow cars in front of us. At that point there are two issues, the first is that it is counter-intuitive to continue accelerating at such a point as if nothing were wrong, especially if you can't see why. Point two, in the middle of the field passing cars with a big speed difference is dangerous, because it can be at any time that someone fans out in front of you or otherwise a car suddenly appears in front of you. Given that you are not alreay boxed in, as it was for me. In the further course, then a car has squeezed between me and Gerhard. With that dodgy mirrors it looked like there was not enough room, so I went to the gras... Turns out it, the repaly shows it was tight but not too tight. Still, not much you can do at the back or middle of the pack.

But ok, happens hopefully only one time and everybody does a better job next time.

By the way, thanks for the seat position advice, moving it to the front makes it better.
