Normal Formation Lap start procedure for this one Bjorn, we go on the exit of the final turn. The Le Mans change was to avoid an overlong amount of time running a reduced speed on such a long track which would've reduced the actual racing time available.

Can't believe my keyboard fell off my holder and landed on I know not what button and that was it. Great race until then. I moved out the way so @Nick Westy could get by. Then held an easy P3 until race over. I think I'm home for next race. Gutted but worse things can happen. I hope I didn't interrupt anybody race when my game went haywire!

bumped up tyre pressure for qualy and regretted it with a boat load of understeer in sector 3 and did not have time to get back out.

got a good slipstream on nick at the start and decided to risk a pass round the outside into turn 1 knowing it was a contact hotspot, fortunately nick was a gentleman and made it easy.

From then on it was pressuring Phil into a mistake or just trying to overtake on pace which was harder than I thought, I could see he was cautious under the tricky braking for the chicane on the back mistral straight so decided to pull a pass under braking on the inside which gave me the right line for the exit,

from then on it was trying to gradually grow the gap whilst looking after the left front, phill managed to stay within a few tenths each lap so did not build any decent lead until the end of the race.

paul ricard is not my favorite track but glad to get a win even if I did not have setup perfected with a bit too much understeer, glad Nick Newcombe made better use of it in qualy.

I decided to increase the rear wing thinking more grip less slip and longer tire wear. Oh ya more slow.o_O

I've made an adjustment to the race results and taken a voluntary 1 place drop to 4th due to the contact with Jonas going into the Signes corner late in the race. I wasn't expecting him to stick it out on the inside and therefore cut across his nose a little unexpectedly, resulting in contact which fortunately didn't end either of our races. In the interests of fairness I've acceded the podium position to him as he would probably have kept it with a successful pass.

Well well, that was quite a tussle. It is a fine line to overdo it, especially with that limited rear view.
I went the different direction, was not good either. I thought it would be less severe, but it went off the cliff with two laps to go. Therefore I was not able to fight for the last podium place, because even though I had still 5 percent of tyre life left, from 12 % on it got a handful. That was never an issue at the other races, lets see what Spa has to offer.

First of all, congratulations. Out of curiosity, what exactly did you change to get understeer? Just the wings?

tyres just overheated due to much higher pressure causing the understeer,
