I'm looking at using two car groups over the next 2-3 AC series and thought I'd give our regular AC racing members the chance to decide which one we use for the next series starting 5th October.

We can continue the BMW vs Ford competition with an ETCC 1972-74 timeframe series using tracks run in the day with these cars, both from the AC Legends v3.0 mod:

    AC Ford Capri RS3100.jpg

Or we can go for another well known competition pairing of Alfa Romeo vs Ferrari from the similar era Group 6 Prototype genre with these cars:

The voting so far is 3/3 so maybe I should go for something else instead? How about Mazda Mx-5's again, they were always liked a lot?

I sort of agree, the Audi TT is already a deja-vu for me, which has its charm but I would prefer something new, too.

The Audi TT part of the discussion dates back to June when I opened the thread Philipp and is not in consideration for the next series starting in October. I just used that thread as it had all the members listed who I wanted to contact :)

Ok the votes are in and for our final AC series of 2023 we will be running the BMW & Ford in an ETCC (European Touring Car Championship) competition. I should have the series up and running very soon and look forward to you all running again.
