Feels very different in the GTE, very low grip as the steering is quite light. Not finding a good setup, i always need somehing in between the LMU and CDA ingame setups Hmm ok might be just the temperatures. What are the event temperatures?
Dry race with average temps @ 22c alternating from clear to light clouds track temps not available in the server info..
Don't forget how the refueling works with the LMU GTE's! The number you put in your pit menu is the number you will have when you leave the pits! So, if you have 10L when you enter the pits and want to add 10L to have 20L to finish the race.. you need to have your pit request fuel set to 20.. this will add 10L to what you have and = 20L on exit!
The server will go up with a 1-hour practice session at approximately 18:15 GMT, followed by the 15-minute private Q session with the race starting at 19:30 for a 75-minute race! The green light will be on once the practice session has started & the server code will be posted in this thread. You can join in 2 ways. Server code or PW..
Yeah a few times. Will keep trying, maybe it's an issue my end, just keeps saying "you were unable to join the server please try again later"
Ugg .... strange I see other drivers are on the server ... I hope it sorts it's self out for you soon!
That was a fun race and had some nice battles but lost so much time towards the end as tires were toast, need to work on my tyre strategy
Can i ask why the results havent been posted? Was expecting Nick to disappear into the distance but he didnt seem to want to do that! Looked like i was just more consistent at times and stayed ahead and then saw he got a drive thu! Was a difficult race to stay focused. Decided to split the race equally just to try and keep the car a bit lighter around here but never seen the softs get below 30% on the front left before! Shame about the turn out, but well done for those who did turn up.
Finally caught up with the stream. Nice job Rob! Grats Mark! Yeah, went with a split tire allocation due to concern for the left front. Worked out well (no, barrett, we don't want to talk about the stupid spin up in T8 because it didn't really make a difference anyway so just shut up about it, already!). Really loving LMU and looking forward to the GT3 races! ~b
Yes, I have been enjoying LMU. For me, it's the premier sim right now. It's too bad nobody has been showing up. I hope we have a better turnout for the next round. On that note, we decided to cancel the makeup of round 1 due to the low numbers to make ready for the GT3 series in hopes that the GT3 series will have a better turnout!
