You are free to select any car you wish, but to avoid having 10 Lotus 95T on the grid or other duplicate cars, let other drivers know what car / skin you will drive.
You can also make your own custom skin. In that case you don't have to post it here.
You are free to change your choice later at any time BEFORE round 1.
From round 1 onwards, you have to keep the same car.

In addition please mention if you will be using a custom skin, if possible please use the same number as the car you have the skin on.
