Hi Taner, sry for the late reply. The weather will be mild, no rain, with light to med clouds for all 3 sessions. Race start 'in game' time is 3pm with 3x time excell ..This should put us around a 7:30pm'ish night finish .... some other info: You will have 3 sets of tires (12) for this race, with tire warmers. Temps at 22, partial clouds. Track version: WEC with the short pit out.

Firstly I hope those of us on here in the UK are safe and well after the storm last night. Quite a bit of disruption on Guernsey with mainly trees in the road but otherwise ok so far. Thankfully our climate is warm enough that snow is not a factor. My first time driving the ELMS Spec Oreca 07. Good fun, car handles well with lots of grip. Only slight mistake I made was with the tyres, can I switch on tyre blankets myself? Or is it a server only setting? Amazing just how little grip there is on cold tyres on this sim, takes quite a few laps to get them into an operating window, I’m guessing we won’t have that issue in our events! EDIT; It’s ok, I think I’ve found the answer on the LMU forum. Default setup works pretty well, did a two hour practice against AI last night with about 45 cars on track, and managed to get a top eight time. Although that’s still a few seconds away from the fastest server times I’m seeing on other completed events! Happy so far though. I’m planning on hopefully doing my own livery at some point (I may transfer over the design I did for the Oreca 05 last time) but we’ll see.
