We have a short gap in our Calendar of races during the first week of September, so have slotted in a Test Race for the Osella PA20 Sportscar with a view to running it in a future series. The format will follow the usual midweek rF format of 10 mins Qualifying with a 45 min race. No points will be scored and it will not affect personal driver rankings within the SRO system. Made some laps with Fabio - the only person who came to test( These cars are very specific, and kinda boring maybe. They are for strategist, mathematicians, not for fun. Extremely stable on acceleration, with good enough breaks - easy for racing. But not so easy for fast racing. Very much understeer, poor tires. You need good concentration cause race line is the only for these cars. Not my type of vehicles I think, but maybe it gonna be more exciting in race. Thanks Fabio for company
I couldn't race yesterday since I wasn't at home, but tested the car previously and I agree with Nikolay, car is a litte bit particular, not bad but on it's own. Indeed a lot of understeer and bad tyres, I even tried the hard ones and was just impossible to take a turn, the car just go straight.
