It will go back up later today.

With the latest build from S397 having more than one server running was taking all of the memory on the server, Even with one running it was taking a lot of memory.

I think the memory leak has been fixed with a patch from yesterday from S397?

  4. ...thought there must be a reason, appreciate the prompt update Nigel. Many thanks

  6. Well, that one certainly went to the wire!
I struggled to get a setup at this track that would preserve the left front tyre as much as I would have liked, again, another track that was a left front tyre killer!
Wasn’t sure how hard to chase Caitlin in the first 10 laps as it looked like she was pushing hard to break away and I wasn’t keen on risking going off trying to catch her, but still was able to keep the gap down to a couple of seconds. I noticed she was staring to get a bit ragged in places, so just sat back a little. Eventually, Caitlin made a mistake and went off, gifting first place to me. Now the best I could do was finish the race in that position, and the championship Outcome was down to fate! I could see Ken was in second, but didn’t know how far behind him Mark was, and whether “team tactics” would decide the overall outcome. But with only 40% of the left front tyre remaining, I backed off the pace in the last few laps to be sure to give me my best chance, thankfully, it proved to be enough, but only by the smallest of margins.
I’ve thoroughly enjoyed the quality of racing in this series, and the challenge set by @Mark Hightree has been a particular pleasure to participate in.

Thanks @Ken Jagger for hosting the series, and I hope to have some great races with you all again in the future

No team tactics in this one. Cheers to your championship, Chris! It was well deserved. I really enjoyed this race and had fun at the end racing Catilin and Ken. Caitlin made a mistake on the last lap, putting me into third. I just needed one more place to win the championship but was out of laps. Thanks Ken for your work in bringing us this series. It was a lot of fun and I really like these cars. Looking forward to running them again soon, but hopefully next time there will be a mandatory stop for tires and fuel (no endurance tanks ) :) Take care eveyone!

Thanks for this series Ken, that was a car hard but fun to drive, enjoyed it a lot when my sparse free time allowed me to draw a set up.

For this race I was in two mini-champs battles. The first one with Ed Jones and Didier Coelo 5 points ahead of me, and the second with Barrett Erikson 2 points behind. Barrett did a good job at the start and I was only able to follow him a couple seconds away, but after a few laps I knew he was struggling with his front tyres and decided to wait for my time to come. Later Barrett ran wide at 1st turn and I went through. All I could do after was to keep eye contact with the guy, and eventually the girl, ahead of me til the finish line.

For my other mini-champs battle, after Didier's retirement my only hope was that Ed was down enough in the rankings to secure 5th place in championship, which eventually was the case. So, at the end of the day, I won my two mini-champs battles, and also my team ends up 3rd in team championship. A good day overall for me :)
