Assetto Corsa Choose your default skin

    The default car skins for these cars are limited to only four variants, so six of each have been added to the server. Choose your preference here before they all get picked or are replaced by custom skins.

    This looks like my sort of series - I'll see if I can also tempt a few others who like classics too.
    If custom skins are allowed then can you assign me something random for the server while I 'create'?

    Sounds great Tim. A bunch of cars have been setup in the server config, so you'll be assigned one randomly whenever you join the server. Once we see how many custom skins are going to be used, I'll replace the plainer default cars/skins with those.

    Barring a couple of very minor tweaks, mine is now done.
    I was very lazy and simply put a photo of a 2017 Porsche 919 into FaceApp to see what the car would look like if it was 60 years old.....

    In all seriousness though, some of the period logos were buggers to find and replicate due to multiple company mergers over the last half century (except Addidas, I had no idea the trifoil was so old (or so Finnish)).
    Where/how would you like the RAR file uploaded once I'm done? It's just under 2mg, if SRO will allow that as an upload I can attach it here - failing that I can stick a link to dropbox up...

    Tim sorry but I forgot to notify you that skins must be submitted in this format. It's much too messy and time consuming otherwise, when everybody submits them in different naming formats.

    Yes all member submitted skins will be compiled into one pack and a DL link provided on the race pages.

    Here's take 2 - hopefully it's right now.

    While adjusting a few extra bits I took the time to 'finish the job' - Mori Seiki were left off intentionally as they only started making lathes in '56 and didn't export any machine tools until 1960, but I had received an angrily worded letter from Dr. Mori demanding representation regardless.....
    Therefore a second car was prepared to sit around looking pretty in the paddock (I can only drive one of them after all!)
