Hi, noticed that my profile shows ranking points, miles and podium positions for the Sports Car class, yet a position of 0 within the class driver rankings, why is this? ows
Didn't know that was the rule! Presumably then it would be re-instated and take into account the previously earned rating when you take part in another race in that series? Additionally, is the drivers championship winners listing updated manually?
We installed that so drivers can't race here, go to the top of the ranking list, and stay there forever without ever racing at SRO again And yes, once you drive that car type again your rank position would be re-instated. The drivers championship list is typically updated 3-4 days after the final event of the series. This allows us time to process any protest that may be filed for the final event.
Wow!....do people do that? Understand the explanation why you did it but, wouldn't they eventually slip down the rankings anyway as other competing drivers' ratings exceeded theirs? Ah, that makes sense! Many thanks for the prompt clarification of these points.
