The DRM Modding Team posted a spectacular 17-minute video showcasing all the cars that will be part of the DRM Revival mod for Assetto Corsa. In a perfect world, the DRM Revival mod would have been ready for release during the first quarter of 2017. But as we all know, things don’t always work out as they are intended. The DRM modding team has encountered a few technical setbacks. A series of hardware issues and a drive crash made them lose more than 4 months of valuable developing time. The stroke of bad luck somewhat tempered the motivation, but the team members are committed to continuing work on their awesome mod. While the mod is coming along fine, the DRM modding team still has some work to bring the mod to release-candidate status. At the moment a new cockpit model for the Ferrari Carma and Lancia Beta Turbo are in the works and once finished, the will also need a new texture set. We will keep you posted with updates as the development progresses. To thank the DRM mod fans for their patience, the DRM modding team shared a 17-minute video showcasing all the cars of the DRM Revival Mod in action on the track. Enjoy the superb visuals and sounds of this exciting project. If all goes as planned the initial release will feature the Porsche 935 K3, Porsche 935 k1, BMW 2002 Turbo, BMW 320S, BMW M1 Turbo, Zakspeed Escort, Zakspeed Capri Turbo, Lancia Beta Turbo, Toyota Celica LB Turbo and the Ferrari Facetti/Finotto 308 Carma. Keep in mind that all the car models featured in the video are a work in progress.
They have put the Escort in there DRM championship will kick off on SimRacingOnline as soon as this drops
All the data for the cars comes from the real life cars as it did in rF1. What we need is a real league edition that works. The one that was made for rF1 by some random modder made all the cars drive like F1 cars
Wayne I was referring to the DRM Revival mod used here. Is that the one you are referring to when you say "The one that was made for rF1 by some random modder made all the cars drive like F1 cars"
Yeah so was I bud. The DRM mod is made with real data. They never made a league edition of it so that why the cars dont lap the same as they are not the same and was not levelled out. Somebody did make one and thats the one that drives like f1 cars. Hope I explained it better that time lol.
Hi guys , little curiosity, Ferrari "karma" was born in italy, in GTItalia.com comunity for own DRM champ. the machine and physics have been created according to specifications obtained from the official Italian rider Facetti. I hope you like it, you can try the Karma in rf1 too, It is very realistic even if the power and duration of the engine seem excessive.
Apparently this didn't happen? We had one season in the HooDee Racing group with these cars about a year ago and we used a restrictor to balanced the cars. But it would be better if you drove each race in a different car (same car for all drivers). This is one of the best mods for AC, and if you are organizing this season, I will definitely join it
