theres 2 versions of these cars and in the last series we used the earlier version so will we be using that version or the later one this time ??
Are these steam workshop cars? I've been looking for a league for these thought it would be more popular. .I bought the pay mod for ams they we great..this a urd mod? I was hoping this would fill the empty slot we ran the adac cars but I see it's Saturday and I'm at work here in the states during this time... ..any word on what's next for the Sunday races on rfactor?sorry for all the questions
Yes it's payware from here https://www.unitedracingdesign.net/product-page/rf2-t5-2012-13 We've got the S397 Endurance Pack series running at the moment on Sunday's at a slightly later time-slot than the ADAC ran and the Assetto Corsa Renault RS.01 series running on Sunday's also. We have left a handful of gaps in the schedule for the Sunday earlier time-slot, but might be able to fit in another short rF2 series for October/November before potentially launching something new we haven't done before in late November, depending on how some things pan-out
This series is called DTM 2019 Preview for a purpose It reflects the fact that the DTM and the Japan based Super GT series are planning to run two races together in 2019, one in Europe and the other in Japan. The calendar has not been published yet, but we have preempted it and selected Suzuka as the Japanese round of the series.
Suggestion for newer 2013 Hungaroring v2.2, found at ISR http://www.internationalsimracing.com/forum/index.php?topic=2601.0, or 2017 version, at ISR as well http://www.internationalsimracing.com/forum/index.php?topic=4651.0
The 2013 version doesn't appear to be DX11 compliant as on my PC I get lots of Bloom on trackside objects which is blinding. The 2017 version is better in that respect and I'm only getting Bloom from the pit garage floor and on the inside of the final turn. I don't know enough about this problem, but I had it a lot when rF2 went to DX11 Beta and when using DX9 tracks, so I'm assuming it's the same problem which has not been fully corrected by the track modders. Having said that, I will update the series to use the 2017 version instead of the F188 version, so thanks for the information Jens.
what i actually meant was not between 2012 or 2013 but there was a later download from URD. V 2.03 We used to race on V 2.0
Either I've lost my update email from URD or something else, but the last email I got from them for the rF2 DTM was in May 2017 notifying me of the V2.0 update. Help me out Nick?
i cant really remember too much but i bought the urd cars and they were v2.03 but then i realised that i had bought them previously but when i raced with you i had to use the older ones or i got a missmatch
URD do a DTM Pack for Assetto Corsa too. You're not getting mixed up with that are you? What version shows in your rF2 Launcher?
I've checked directly with Ales Ogrinc at URD and he's confirmed that rF2 DTM is V2.0 which was the update I (and others) got with .rmcp files dated 23 May 2017. He also said there will be no further updates for it as they are working on the 2018 version
