Le Mans Ultimate is the official game of the 24-hour race and WEC | Traxion The brand new title will be developed by the Motorsport Games-owned Studio 397 of rFactor 2 fame, and using its pMotor 2.5 game engine – but with what’s believed to be a new structure, game modes and online functionality. The PC simulation will include the current season’s 24 Hours of Le Mans and FIA World Endurance Championship grid, RaceControl online multiplayer and is set for an estimated December 2023 release.

This is all very cool, and I'll probebly buy it, but if I was S397, I would also put in an historical version of Le Mans with for example the Group C cars or even older stuff. That would really get me hyped! Yes, I'm a child of my times ... Edit: well, maybe there's hope of classic stuff to come later ... IS THIS A ONE OFF GAME OR WILL THERE BE FURTHER GAMES OR CONTENT? The idea for the game is for it to continually evolve and have a lifespan longer than a yearly released game. We expect this game will be supported over a prolonged period, with regular updates and content added during its lifecycle. Further details will be released about the potential expansions post-release of the base game.
