Historical version of the Nürburgring Nordschleife, bringing the 1927-1983 layout of the legendary Green Hell.
Even though the main track layout of the Nordschleife has remained untouched to this very day, some aspects of the track have changed over the years – Most notably the start/finished area that was replaced with the Nürburgring Grand Prix track in 1984.
This proper historical version of the track uses the old paddock and pits and brings you the most demanding race track of all time without guardrails,fences or anything else that doesn’t fit in an historic racing environment.
Can you and your team become champions of the green hell.

Format:
Qualifying: 19:00 GMT 10 minutes
Warm up: 19:10 GMT 5 minutes
Race: 19:15 GMT 45 minutes

5 races with a different mod for each race.
WS70 LE: Tuesday 1st September 2015
F1 67 Classic: Tuesday 15th September 2015
Radical v8: Tuesday 29th September 2015
Blancpain: Tuesday 6th October 2015 (choose any car class)
Enduracers Class P1: Tuesday 13th October 2015

Sign me out bud. The Radical V8's do not work well on the 70s layout. Its better for the older cars. We should be using the modern layout. Not a fan of the 70s one at all.

Think I can manage 45 mins on this track not as bumpy as the previous one.

 

Not sure if we will have to do a pit stop holds 7 laps of fuel don't think that is accurate you might get a couple of more laps but it will be close I think.
I will test tomorrow and get a rough idea of the amount of fuel i will use doing 5 laps.

 

I'll be OK as I'm over 7 mins a lap, so seven laps should be around 49 mins @ 7 mins a lap, I'm fine with pit stops if you make them compulsory. (been practicing)

 

They will be not compulsory after I set my time I thought with the fuel it would be close but you might get a lot more laps from the fuel depends on how accurate the fuel is on a lot of mods if say you put the max amount of fuel in say 20 laps you can get 5 or more extra will see when I do a bit of testing if I will need to pit like you said you should be ok.

 

just tried the mod at spa, it seems to be fairly accurate it should give about 2+ extra laps at spa, it will be tight but I think 8 laps should be possible at norschlief for the 77 litres.

If you install the mitad carburetor upgrade that will double the laps you can do, it doesn't affect the speed I did about the same lap time at spa. the bottom one increases the laps by about 3*. so for spa standard was 24 laps, mitad 48 laps & the bottom one was 73 laps. so if you upgrade there will be no need to do a pit stop. The upgrade stays on the car online.

 

Will be good if don't need to pit but have not tested yet that will be sometime tonight.
