OK so the GF got me a TV for Xmass .. it was on sale & she knows nothing about rez ,pixels ectt.. you know she just wanted me to have a nice newer TV so without knowing she picked out the cheapest 780p that was on sale and was so happy to hide it from me until xmass lol . Now me being me I said "oh thanks babe this is so cool " then she said "you can play your games on it " That's when I had to tell her "naa that's ok it doesn't have hi enough resolution or refresh rate for that".... " Oh ?" she says , followed with "well I have the receipts ! maybe you can take it back and trade it for one that does" BINGO ! GREEN LIGHT ! lol sooooo I instantly went into retail mode and found a 42" 4K with 240 refresh rate on sale from the same store ! (she doesn't know that I had to add a little more $$$ along with the refund money to make it happen lol ;-) Now she see's me all excited and is all happy for me ! haha . It' all ordered and paid for & should be here tomorrow, Wednesday afternoon just in time to dial it in for the weekend racing ! Now I have to hope it all works as good as some of the reviews are stating .. I have nvid 1080 to push it with so as long as the input lag isn't to bad Ill be setting it up & ready to race within the next 24 hours ! lol ... hoping for the best ! If not I have a nice 4K TV for the man cave ...
