RaceRoom Multiplayer Ranking (beta) This table is generated from the races taking place only on the various [RR] RANKED multiplayer sessions. You will find them in the list of multiplayer servers inside RaceRoom. Rating Our formula is based on an ELO rating system with many refinements to accurately rate racing events. Each player starts at 1,500 and can then go up or down depending on results. We take into consideration several variables to compute the rating of each driver who took part in a race. The more races you do, the more accurate the rating will become. Reputation The reputation score reflects the behavior of each player on track. What hurts the reputation of a player is not only the frequency of incidents, but also temper comes into play with things such as a tendency to rage quit. The reputation will slowly rise (or drop) as more races are recorded until reaching a stable and accurate value. Activity Score Every time you go on a ranked server, your activity score rises to a maximum of value of 5. If you do not race in ranked servers for a while, the activity score will slowly drop down to 0.

Raceroom: The most under appreciated sim of all? Shared Source simrace247.com Author Sam Tomlinson If you were to rattle off the names of the most popular sims, here’s the list most people would give: Assetto Corsa, iRacing, rFactor 2, Assetto Corsa Competizione and maybe even Project Cars and GT Sport. The name missing from that list is Raceroom Racing Experience. The most criminally underrated sim of them all. Despite being around since 2013 and hosting various eSports series, the title rarely gets mentioned... ... Another key factor in creating an immersive experience is graphics. It must be conceded that Raceroom is no ACC, but given it’s age, it’s still a good looking game. At the lower end, it isn’t all that demanding to run with plenty of settings to fiddle with to optimise your experience. When you turn those graphics up though, everything just falls into place. Set yourself on a full grid of Group 5 cars at Bathurst at sunset, turn the volume up and you’ll see what I mean... ... Another disincentive for many is the pricing model. It’s a lot to take in for new users and may seem pricey, and is, when cherry-picking a few items at a time. But at €65 all in, less than most modern AAA titles, the price is more than fair. Massive Winter Update for RaceRoom! It's time for the biggest update of the year. Plenty of new cars, new tracks, exciting features and game improvements have been added to RaceRoom, to make the winter holidays just a little bit sweeter! It's December already! After a tough year for everyone and while we brace for what seems to be some additional months of the same thing, we hope you will spend a good holiday season in good health and spirit and that you're keeping yourself and your relatives safe. This month of December is a traditional break in community leagues and esport competitions and today is the day we can squeeze in between two competitions from RaceRoom Asia to push all the nice things we have been working on for the last months. Let's start with content releases: the current generation of the Audi Sport Customer Racing lineup is now available! The Audi R8 LMS GT3 EVO is here of course, along with a wide selection of liveries. We're also adding the Audi R8 LMS GT2 as well as the brand new version of the GT4. Lots of liveries were expected this season, but due to the circumstances that you know, there were not many real life liveries for us to add. We will make sure to bring out liveries throughout the 2021 season (hopefully there will be one...). Audi R8 LMS GT2, GT3 and GT4! Changes and additions include: Watkins Glen Brands Hatch GP Audi R8 LMS GT2, GT3 and GT4 Volkswagen Scirocco Group 2 Volkswagen ID.R Engine Maps Throttle Maps Turbo Updates much, much more From Volkswagen, you can finally enjoy the record breaking ID. R as well as the legendary 1976 Scirocco Group 2. Both are exhilarating cars to drive and race! Volkswagen Scirocco & Volkswagen ID.R After the release of Daytona earlier this year, we're excited to bring out our second NASCAR licensed venue: The Glen! With its four layouts, Watkins Glen International ticks one more item from the list of the community's most requested tracks. Watkins Glen When it comes to most requested, nothing will ever top the Grand Prix layout of Brands Hatch. We are happy to finally release it! (even though we can't help but feeling a bit sad about killing a meme) Thankfully everyone can now move on to wishing for the Indy Reverse layout! The only way we could bring the GP layout to you was to separate Indy and Grand Prix (much like we had done for Nordschleife and the Nuerburgring). However, you can grab the Grand Prix layout at a 50% discount that will run until the 25th December at midnight CET.
