    Really, isn't anyone interested?!

After putting it to one side for a very long time (years?!) I've recently restarted it and I've had a lot of fun! Even in GT3, which is not my preference! I even bought the 944 recently released with other Porsches, I had sworn not to buy anything else given the meagre historical content! But, perhaps, it is worth less but better quality ! Also, that quality comes at a price .
So I found this atmosphere a little special, which reminds me GTR and I like much more than AC and PCars2. So, sure, it's not as beautiful as PC2 , there's less choice than AC , but, by the way, AC cars are far from all good, despite the multitude that are created all week long...

Try it again, the regular updates have certainly improved the game and I'm pleasantly surprised at what it's become. Well, still flaws and things that annoy , like all the other sims....

I agree with you Christian that R3E was underrated here at SRO with little interest being shown when we did run some races. If we get more requests then I can always put a series together and I know myself and perhaps one or two others who would probably register. :)

That sounds positive Riccardo :) How many teammates do you have and are they SRO Members? Would they support a series if we hosted one?

we should be able to recruit from all those who are content to be "ranked"...o_O;)

it depends on the date, the type of car, we are now registered for the super cars V8 championship, rfacror 2. we need to do a survey, hello

Not sure I understand what you are suggesting Christian?

Given the number of people who are content to run only ranked events, we'd have to find a way of recruiting some of them... ;) but that seems difficult...

OK I think I understand your comment now, in that guys only want to run races with others who are similarly ranked at R3E and not who are much faster than they are, is that right?

Almost ! ;) They're undoubtedly very fast, but what a bore, it's still much more exciting to race against real drivers......

I'm still a bit confused  SRO members are not "real drivers" in comparison with those at R3E??

    Really, the translations aren't perfect...:D
I just wanted to say that there were a lot (too many) drivers who were content to drive on the ranked RaceRoom servers and not in the races organised online like here.;)

Ah OK I get it now. I think that's a change we've seen in recent years with online simracing as it was and then which got worse after the introduction of sims like R3E, iRacing and lately rF2 which has gone down the same route, where the focus seems to be on one-off races and not series particularly. This has created the culture of drop-in, drop-out, pick-up racing which requires no longer term commitment from participants, but the downside from our viewpoint is that there is no community or heart/soul to those systems and sadly they seem to be a reflection of current media culture in many ways.

    Yes, you are absolutely right.
All this is also aggravated by the use of means of communication such as discord, with these thousands of messages per day where it is impossible to follow anything:mad:

This sounds interesting. I will give it a go after the update and see what's what.

The Biggest UPDATE for RaceRoom in YEARS!

Hi John, have you tested it?
After several months without playing it, I haven't really noticed any difference! It's still great! :)
    Maybe more on recent content?
But, for me, it's still the most enjoyable of the modern sims! ahead of R Factor 2, in any case. ;)
Maybe the only one that will make me practice simracing a bit more
