rFactor 2 in trouble?

Upsetting news about Motorsport games today. Stock prices are plummeting, only 2 million in operating cash. All the “angel” investors have pulled. They are trying to sell licenses for NASCAR and the like but, they don’t own the licenses, they only have the rights to use them, not sell them. my worry is that we won’t be able to use Rf2 anymore after December. Thoughts?

If MSG goes under doesn’t Steam charge a fee to MSG to publish the game?
