Oh, well. I was enjoying the track a lot, the race seemed to be very interesting with Jagger, Lako and Upham. Hard to see a place to pass but a challenge to force the opponents to make mistakes while avoiding them myself until Upham braked late and we crashed My car had a damaged steering and being an almost standalone short race I didn't see the point to fight the car or pit it. Just a Racing incident, no big issue. I'll definitely try to join the next race and have some more race time
Its actually part of a multi-sim series Alberto, but I recognise that some guys will only race certain sims/mods/tracks.
I had a lot of fun and pressure trying to keep Csaba behind for the majority of the race, but the several smaller barrier taps eventually accumulated the damage and affected the steering so that I couldn't keep the car stable even in a straight line. Hopefully the experience will be useful for the 2nd race on 6th June.
I know Ken. What I meant is that being only 2 races long, there was no 'motivation kick' for me to say let's pit and go ahead to finish and get a few more points for the champ. Race was over and to the next one. Good practice for the following nonetheless!!
It was a little hard to find, but I think Ken was talking about this: "As previously announced here https://www.simracingonline.co.uk/threads/new-multi-sim-series.3790/ this will be a multi-sim series using Assetto Corsa, rFactor 2 and rFactor 1, comprising a total of 9 races reflecting the Annual Macau GP meeting, with minor changes due to mod availability." https://www.simracingonline.co.uk/threads/macau-magic-series-information.3818/
