The rFactor Matchmaker service is down at the moment and is being worked on to fix it. An MS patch broke it apparently! An interesting 1st race of the series and the car mod. When I tested the mod at Donington Park, I don't recall it having the big wheel-spinning under power at the hairpins, as it did here at Magny-Cours, or the snap-oversteer if you didn't get the downchange perfectly synchronised going into the same type of corner. I had to do some work on the gear ratios to try and tame that. With the 45m race, the front tyre grip/wear also came into play (for nearly everyone I think?) with the traction out of the hairpins and braking into them too. It certainly gave me a lot of food for thought before the next race at Hockenheim. Oh and the Fuel mileage is also a key factor over 45m, as sadly Fodor discovered Still not sure how/why he hadn't kept track of that during the race??
