I'll be missing the first round due to holiday. Enjoy! Hope it doesn't rain in the race so that we're more likely to get it for a later round when I'm able to race! o_O

I'm wanting to like the BMW GT3 but feels too neutral now. Seems massively overdamped so even reducing the rebound to allow the car to move helped alot but fine balance between oversteer in the car needed.

Might end up in the Lambo as that was my second choice last season.

Due to the summer time low numbers I'm driving in this one! so no live broadcast .. The magic number is 12 for broadcasts;)

Ya the BMW is neutral & quick! it dominates the public servers ....Well in the right hands it does  .. For this series I'm taking the 2019 Porsche 911 GT3 R just because it's so sexy!~!~ Assetto Corsa Competizione Screenshot 2022.07.29 - 15.09.40.72.jpg

Had to pull out because the temperature is expected to be 42C today here in Wine Country. My rig is set up in the garage and there is no AC. Sorry boys, see you in New York…

Looks like i'll be taking the BMW this season. I have been quicker in the Lambo in my practises on public Nurburgring servers but it was always odd laps and never got close to it again.

Well, I really enjoyed that race, made a mistake that in the past would have been a regular occurrence in a race at the chicane. That it happened the once only is certainly an improvement for me. Lots to learn in ACC but I am willing to do that. Thanks for the opportunity to race with you guys, I've enjoyed my time here form the very first race through to today. Always fair and fun. Which is all you can ask for from an organisation. So, thanks guys :)

Seeing myself drop to 4th in qually in the last few minutes was a bit disheartening. Was expecting a quiet race with those in front quicker but that never happened!

Bit of an unknown as i had only done a 20min public race beforhand, car was ok but a bit harder to feel the car losing grip...

Took a bit to settle down, dropped a few secs early on but managed to close up to Toni and Roberto, we all seemed pretty close. Decided to pit a lap or so early hoping for clear air and some level of undercut on new tyres. Ended up in first with Bali 2secs behind and Toni somehow about 10secs behind but being in front is always more pressure, think i just pushed the tyres too hard and overdrove, trying to negate the understeer but also manage the rears, i increased the TC which actually didnt help with getting on the power early through the corners so i think actually contributed to how bad the car was in the second stint.

Still learning the car and the setup for it, never really knew what i did differently on the quick laps..car finely balanced so plenty of oversteer moments, definitely a different technique needed than for the Audi.
