I'll be running the McLaren F1 GTR Team DayOff #40 car. No idea if it's a good car, I just like the colour scheme .
A fun interlude with a sim little used by most of us. Thanks very much to Norman Bruce, Stefan Schneider and Ed Jones for putting in the effort to support this Fun Run. We all took turns in trying (and/or succeeding ) to give the race away, which was run for 14 laps rather than the full scheduled 60 mins as planned. Results: 1. Ed Jones 2. Norman Bruce 3. Ken Jagger 4 Stefan Schneider There were some interesting performance differences between the GT1 cars, with the on-paper potentially slightly slower cars not proving to be that slow at all. Hopefully we can look ahead to a decent entry for the final multi-class race on 28th Dec, which uses these cars again, combined with the Vintage Prototype Class B cars being run in the 2nd race at Bathurst on 21st Dec.
