Make sure to update your Porsche 935/K3 mod which is now on version 0.74.6 otherwise you will not get on the server.
server not responding. it says "joining server" after successful password prompt. in trace log it says: System Message(0): "Ping Request from 54.39.131.97" I have a ping at 117, i have tried 3 times. EDIT: I'm in, took 5 tries including a forced reboot
I did have it mapped Rob but couldn't remember what key it was, as I've only ever had to do it a couple of times over several years.
I also searched for a key or two - increasing/decreasing boost. I took me a while and I hit the wall once while tyring to test different possibilties. The problem was, I put just 10 l or so more into the tank, so that I make it witth boost setting one. For that it was not that bad, but still a questionable strategy. I joined the race on short notice, I had driven the car offline a bit and I thought why not use the race as practice session. Mod seems fine to me, but additionally to my faux-pas regarding the boost settings/fuel load, I maybe over-used the tyres or overheated them, because it got more difficult to brake in the second half of the race. So there is room for improvment, probably also in some other areas.
I want to thank Toni and Rob for giving me set-ups to try. I could not handle the Pro set-up Toni gave me, but I do appreciate it. I touched the brakes and I'd spin. I turn it and I'd spin. I know I am not Pro level by any means, but thank you for letting me try your set-up. Now Rob's set-up really worked for me and I was able to drive the car and have some fun. Thanks guys.
