Wow brilliant race, really good fun chasing Viktor down and almost a photo finish on the home straight, very close hard battle, had me sweating. congrats to Roman once again a faultless race, nice work, Great driving all , unfortunately I will miss the next 2 races due to holiday so see you on track when I get back.
I blew my qualifying session with an off into the barriers which reduced my top speed so that I couldn't improve on the mediocre lap time I recorded. But it was then a lot of fun trying to work forward from the back of the grid, with particularly enjoyable, fair and tough battles along the way with Rob, Brian, Ed & Gerhard.
Grats all survivors, esp. Viktor: brilliant race mate!!!! For me, the race was a little bit disappointing, cant find the right setups and tiremanagement for the car. But great finish with Ken and Ed, the adrenalinerush was enormously.
lucky race, good result. thanks to everyone for the company, I hope I can get through the rest of the rounds
Something always goes wrong. This time again my steering wheel, the key assignments were no longer recognized. Actually, no problem to reassign, but with the steering directions it did not work. Somewhere it said that you should move the steering wheel back and forth. It worked, but it cost me 30 minutes of my training time. Under these circumstances the performance was solid. I had problems braking, but the middle sector was quite good, so I was rather useless in the infight. Most of the time I just overtook other cars because they made mistakes and took off. But with Rob I didn't understand why I passed so easily on the straight. It was then quite a fight for seventh place, although I was all over the place at times in the last sector. Anyway, good race, I hope for less probelms next time.
Configuring the wheel in PC2 is not very intuitive and on the odd occasion when I have had to redo mine, I also have to work out how to do it over again.
An exciting race on possibly my favourite track all the way through thanks to Julian being within 3 seconds all the time. In the last couple of laps he seemed to get some pace and overtook me and I started chasing. It came down to a last corner switchback where we touched slightly because of my mistake, which I'm really sorry for. Congrats to Roman for the win, see you in the next race, and enjoy your holiday Julian!
