Oh mates what a mess! It was a complete misunderstanding between Ken and me but i am full responsible! We were talking about his holiday and he asked me, if Björn or me could be admin. I got his next message wrong, when he talked about changing the Zolder date. I am sure he thought one of the ACD guys will do the administration, but Björn and me have no instruction, pw.. etc for the procedure. Very sorry for destroying your evening, please accept my apologize and stay tuned. Ken will give us a note how to proceed.
I had a nice training session and instead of running a race I had more time to have a nice beer and a glas of wine with my wife. So, no problem.
I have to accept ultimate blame for the confusion by not being clear with Gerhard/Bjorn about my request to them. I had set the server for its usual 2hr practice session and only needed either of them to kickstart the clock by joining the server exactly 2hrs before qualifying was due to start. Automatic session progression would then have taken place with no other “admin” actions needed. Perhaps my moving the Zolder race confused the issue. Sorry to everyone for this faux pas.
