    Welcome to Round 4 Bridgehampton

    Bridgehampton Race Circuit     was a race track located near Sag Harbor, New York, United States. The circuit opened in 1957, following a series of road races held from 1949 until 1953. It was one of the first permanent road racing venues in the United States, opening after Thompson Speedway, two years after Road America, the year after Watkins Glen International, and the same year as Lime Rock Park and Laguna Seca Raceway. In its early years, Bridgehampton was host to major international series, including the World Sportscar Championship, Can-Am, and NASCAR Grand National. By the early 1970s, the track was used mostly for amateur events. The track closed permanently in 1999.

    Bridgehampton was renowned as a fearsome course, requiring the utmost of driver skill.

    I fooled you, I did the lap with only 3 wheels ... starting halfway down the lap ....

    So I tried to log on to the practice server but got the message that I dont have "brigdehampton summer". I have a version of BH but apparently its not the right one.

    Anybody got a link or suggestion as to where I can find this track?

    John - this means you have the (very old) out of date version of Bridgehampton.
    The latest version has much better Track surface/bumps (It even features LiDar date now), more accurate layout, and better opimization/FPS.

    Can we update this please?

    Thanks John , sorted now.

    I had a different version with a slightly different layout , not sure which is more accurate , Im happy as long as it works.

    It's SRO policy not to link to other sim websites for obvious reasons. RaceDepartment also doesn't allow that.
    I once made a reference there with a link to SRO and I got a warning and the post was deleted pronto.

    Track update

    Bridgehampton has been updated to version 2.0.
    Please delete (don't overwrite) the older track version and replace it with this download:

    Well, that's a 100 laps down the drain. Not sure we should be changing tracks this close to the race, and especially when it was running on the server as the official track.

    How exactly? The track's pretty much the same. Just rename setups if you need to.

    Just to check : Raceserver starts GMT 19:00? Q is 20 min and if I ESC to pit in Q I cant go back out?
