    Welcome to round 4 CTMP Mosport

    Canadian Tire Motorsport Park (formerly Mosport Park and Mosport International Raceway) is a multi-track motorsport venue located north of Bowmanville, in Ontario, Canada, 40 miles (64 km) east of Toronto. The facility features a 2.459-mile (3.957 km), (length reduced through wider track re-surfacing done in 2003) 10-turn road course; a 2.9 km advance driver and race driver training facility with a quarter-mile skid pad (Driver Development Centre) and a 1.5 km kart track (Mosport Kartways). The name "Mosport" is a portmanteau of Motor Sport, came from the enterprise formed to build the track; it is pronounced as the two words actually sound, "Mo-Sport" (but is often incorrectly pronounced "Moss-Port").

    Some drivers get an error message when logging on to the server.
    If you are one of those drivers, apply the following solution:

    To overcome the problem:
    - when you get the error message; click the OK button in the message box. You'll see that your car has turned in a yellow box car...
    - then select another car. Then, If you like, select back to your original car and all should be good.
    (Best start with the car you don't want and then you have te re-select only once)

    Formation lap procedure

    How does each race start?
    1. The race starts by a formation lap.
    2. double file from the second to last corner on and on the speed limiter for the polesitter.
    3. Green flag for the polesitter when crossing the start / finish line.

    Changing to GTC Flat 6 from the Enduracers mod.

    Since the Flast 6 stand-alone mod is giving problems, I have changed it to the GTC Flat 6 from the Enduracers mod.
    Everyone has to subscribe to this mod on Steam, or you'll get a checksum error on the server. Once on the server select the GTC Flat 6 from the Enduracers mod.

    Yeah, OK.
    I'm leading the class by 1 point (very rare) heading into one of my favorite tracks and i have to work on a new car.
    When is the server going to be available?
    Edit:
    OK i see it's there now. Maybe i just didn't recognize it on live timing.
    [Not fond of the Eduracers version and don't like Korea so i'm a bit miffed.]

    The GTC Flat 6 from the Enduracers mod basically drives the same and it's the same car class, so if it solves our problems with the windscreen bug, I will be quite happy.

    It's almost a shame, now we're using the full Enduracers pack, we couldn't use the other GTC cars (not that I have anything in mind *cough* Mclaren *cough*). But for the purposes of consistency, absolutely understand the decision. As you say John, if it fixes the issues we're having, I'm all for it. Thank you for the hard work trying to fault find!

    I'm miffed, I have to give up our hard worked paint job :( no more flashy finishes (unless enduracers gets the shaders update:)) but if it allows the other mods to work then we will just have to get the spray cans out again.
    At least we have a droolable 720 waiting for a GT3 ;);).

    Great....ive gotten validation error from enduracers like 2years now thus thats why i deleted it. rf2 starts allways when it tries to verify it like 2 times ina row taking time....

    Nice paintjob.

    We have to try something. There is a windcreen bug in the Flat 6 mod that affects the other 2 classes in the loading process and screws it all up.
    In the last event it even got so bad that we all decided to switch to the Flat 6 class. It's also costing us signups.
    Not everybody will be happy with the change to the Enduracers GTC Flat 6, but if it solves the problem and we can race normal again, we made a step forward.

    Yep Fully understood the position, I play a lot of ARMA so understand the ins and outs of mod compatibility.

    I'm good either way (that's what slow drivers say) lol . Just make sure if the race goes into the night that the track actually supports night driving ! haha Im now partially blind from Indy :confused::rolleyes:o_O:D ..
