Third time's the charm? We'll see if I could get past that darn finish line. :)

1.12 on the server today but think I'm about at my limit. Can do consistent mid 1.13s. tuning my aggression out a bit in my wheel settings is stopping my overly heavy right foot

Forgot to set car up for quali so couldn't get my times down. Started at the back and had a really good start for a good few laps until my heavy right foot let me down again. Drove to the pits and realised after engine stopped that I hadn't assigned an ignition button. Ended in the pits again. ☹️
I will say that I surprised myself with my pace and did have a nice stable pace that I could run. Mostly just a little too ambitious on the throttle. Overall I really enjoyed my stint but I really need to practice more
Congrats to the winner and podium

This car can catch you out on the exit of slow corners with the final 20% of throttle travel. They are turbo engines after all :)

I believe in these cars, you don't want to turn off the engine as the vehicle won't start, even with a ignition button. I learned the hard way. :)

Had a blackout in qualifying pressing ESC intuitively when I noticed I went out on hards. Going back out on softs I realised the ESC rule and pressed ESC again to watch qualifying onfold. My strategy was to avoid collision in the beginning of the race and try to move forward as best as I could. As the race started I made it safely around the cars spinning in front of me and found myself in 7th behind Ken... We had a tough wheel to wheel battle in the 15 laps or so of the race. At some point we had contact in the first corner and I spun losing 5s. I was able to make up the time because I think there was not much life in the softs Ken was driving on and I was able to drive around him.

With clear air and an empty track in front of me I focussed on putting in fast laps and gradually I could close down and overtake a few drivers. At some point I was even in 1st because the top three pitted already. With 20min to go I got in to take my softs. When I came back on track I was 17s behind Caitilin and Anatoliy. 4 laps before the end I had closed down the gap and I could overtake Caitling in the last corner. I was now behind Anatoliy... In the penultimate lap In the last left hander I was close to Anatoliy and it seemed he moved to the left what seemed to be logic because the next corner was to the right. I floored the throttle to try to go pass. He came back in front of me and spun. It felt weird because I did not feel like I hit him and continued to finish in 2nd.

After the race I wrote him a PM to ask what happened, but he did not save replay but the thought he spun on his own. I have low detail replay from that it looked like I did touch him because I had more speed going into the corner and was already close so I was not pleased with my self anymore how the race ended, because up to that point it was the perfect race.

The first time I did laps on this track it felt small that it felt like a KART track. Nevertheless I had a lot of fun driving. CU later on track.
