Looks like I will miss this round. I may be back in time depending on my morning trip to the big city.

I did practice for this race with single monitor and today finaly came my new VR ;) Nevertheless, this is the only positive for this race. I was still too slow to compete and just leveraged from mistakes of others. @Gerhard Hofmann - thanks you gave me a space for battle with Neil, but I was not able to catch him unfortunately :( Pity you had a crash. You were so fast!
At the end 6th place out of 11 finished is not too bad. Anyway, I need to find the trick to be a bit faster to be competitive at least in the middle field :D

22 signed up but only 15 turned up? What happened to the huge field from round 1?!

Thank you Patrik, i could have done P4, but i did not deserve it: I lost the car and destroyed the front, pitstop lasted an eternity, but they gave me enough fuel -about 100 liters or that . Cu next time mates.

Congrats to all that managed to finish the race, brands is such a hard track and my local one, had many fun times at Brands.
Really happy with my first win in RF2 but still have a lot to learn from this sim, tyres , pressures etc, but it will come.

It still feels like a shallow victory as @Guido Verhelpen and @Caitlin Penny were quicker, and unfortunately came together causing Guido to crash, then later Caitlin made a mistake giving me the lead, I tried to keep my pace up and not make any mistakes which was going well.

I knew Caitlin was closing towards the end of the race , so I tried to defend fairly and not make contact and hope to hold Caitlin off however It didn't work and P2 would be my finishing position , but then Caitlin made a mistake on the last lap and I got the win back !!.

Thanks to all ,and admins for the work.
    Cya at the next one.

@Patrik Trefny , what VR headset did you get , is it your first one, or an upgrade?

I broke my Reverb G1 and bought PICO 4 instead. It is prety new and I did not manage to setup it like I would wish yet. Hope I will be able to set it up to the quality of Reverb G1. It looks now, that even if old, it was realy good one. PICO (and also Quest) is using video streaming instead of direct link to graphic card and definitely needs to be tweeked to be really usable.

@Patrik Trefny Oh Interesting, I use a Rift s and was looking to upgrade to the Hp reverb G2 as that seems to get good reviews and seems a good set and upgrade from the rift s. thx

It shouldn't feel hollow, Julian. There was no contact between me and Guido, Guido lost it by himself (Which happens and I'm sure he'll admit to that), and then I did the same thing later in the race. You won fair and square by not going off like we did.

Sorry @Caitlin Penny ,appoligies you two were a bit up the road from me and I thought you made contact, I should have recorded and checked the replay.
Great speed , just one of those days.

Congrats to all podium player , I give a special to Julian great pace , and a sorry to Giudo it looked very odd in the
replay not sure what was going on there.
Thank you to admins for all the effort and fun you provide for us.:)

My race was not very good , after three rally cross sessions on my own first 20 min ca  , left me with a steering wheel at 30-35 degree
didn´t help thats for sure:mad:, had to re-learn the driving all over again  .But a pit stop would for sure ruin it completely .
Good pace at the first 6 cars. even though sorry for Guido and Caitlin I think it ads a bit off fun to the last session for top drivers .

Also sorry to see the grid going down so much now :(

Grats to podium and finishers. No practice and my best finish so far, not sure that's the best formula but I will take it :)

Really close racing throughout, thanks to all those around me, very fair and great fun, sometimes running close with 4 or 5 cars in a train. Sorry to Patrik Trefny for the slight tap on lap 14 turn 1. I wasn't sure Id caught you but on the replay there was a nudge which sent you a bit offline so I held a wide line and you took the place anyway. Hopefully no hard feelings there.

Looking forward to the last race!
