Hi guys! I'm excited to be back. I may not be a championship contender after that break, but I'm aiming to end this season on a high nonetheless!
Great finish for the the series. Got into pace in second stint where i then wrecked my tyres with agressive driving and little too early pit. Having some gearing issues didnt help. Few times car refused to change gear..think wheel little loose from base and bad contact. So little frustrating when catch someone and lose second and half on next exit. Super drive from @Caitlin Penny . 1 mistake you did and got the lead but you took it back with determination. Switch off timings and stop worrying and relax!!
That was a lot of fun! Only three drivers may have finished, but I still had a really close race with @Toni Talvitie which went right down to the final lap! Yeah, I made a mistake earlier on, but I enjoyed passing you back again! The final lap was really tense though, as I realised far too late that I'd miscalculated the fuel and had to short-shift for the entire final lap. I even ran out of fuel with a corner to go and had to coast across the line, just three seconds ahead of you! It's a shame that I had to miss Paul Ricard, because I would have loved to have fought Phil for the championship! I feel like I could have won. Oh well. Super job, guys! Thanks for the series. If any of you are doing the next round of multiclass endurance or USF2000, I'll see you there!
