I will be absent for this race but have obtained John VdG's Admin assistance to help things go ahead as normally. I will process the results when I get back mid-December.
First of all, congrats Kostas. I am not fully sure, but I never drove this track before and I was a bit surprised. Needed a while to learn the six "hairpin"ish turns. Especially the bumps after the last and the bumps in the fourth last corner, oh dear. At some point I wished to drive in Fuji, the other track in Japan I have bigger issues with. It seemed that it would be more enjoyable. Anyway, you get to grips with it (maybe you can help with a better set up, regarding the dampers or ride height but I was not able to figure it out), but it was already too late, because I got stuck in nomandsland. A big gap to Matej and to Ed. The only disruption was the "boozing" Toni and lapping two cars. Although the latter was a bit more of a race than I expected it to be.
