Race Start Type: Formation/Standing Race reminders : If you have an off you must wait for traffic to clear before you re enter the track . If you punt another car or are the cause of an incident you must do a drive threw to avoid any further penalties !
Yes ! after the 3 short tracks with the 2012 car we open it up with the full loop ! Another note: DRS is free in Practice & Q . DRS restricted in Race to the 1sec behind rule and will become active in the zone marked above in the track description ..
The Flap is triggered OFF by the break peddle and or the flap button ..so yes it closes it's self as soon as you hit the breaks or if you hit the button again ..
Hi, Just getting this in early before we get too close to the event. This weekend is the big event for me as I'm taking part in the Royal Parks Half Marathon in London so I won't be able to make the race on Saturday. Shame as Malaysia is a great track and ideal for these cars I would imagine. I may pop onto the server on Thursday for a few laps just to see what it's like. I'm then on holiday for a week, not going anywhere just trying to recharge the batteries before the Christmas madness in foods retail so I should be nice and ready for Brazil so hoping for a decent final round for me. Quick blast at last in these, after some time off from league stuff. Is it just my setup, or do the rear mirrors seem to be the wrong way round? Seem to get the right of the track on the left in the rear view?
Fixed it by googling this You can work around this issue by setting this player file flag to "0" "Moving Rearview=0" They are the right way round now, mine was previously "3" for some reason.
Sorry for the bump in the last corner Toni. I wasn't getting DRS availability and was trying to work out how close i needed to be. The answer: not that close!!!! Hope that wasn't the cause of your long pit stop.
That said... This race was great fun start to finish! Nice to be racing with some of the old R2P crew!
