Have tested that mod Nigel? It would be great to have races with it Btw is that the right board this kind of discussion?
It is stock cars I have done some investigating and it is used by some leagues but there are a couple of files not sure the ones I need don't know what the server file is plus it does say you can have standalone perhaps Rolf might know a bit more if he has used it.
Ok here is the link: VHR 1: You need the VHR 2015 1.0 (i dont know because of the server files) The player dont need them but maybe you for the server. 2: Then the official update 1.1 and i think the server update as well ( the addons are unnecessary, that are older version of Nascar but you can install these addons too) I have it!! Thats all and after you have it installed you have to copy the original rfactor.exe in the stand allone installation. Thats it but like i said i dont know how you to have install the serverfiles. Hope that helps.
I will have to find out if I need the server files. With a mod I just upload the mod we use there is no special files I have to deal with.
I have sent an email to VHR Stockcar to ask if I need just game files or server files as well will see if they reply.
I am not sure what server files are for it would be odd if you have different files one for the game and another for server the game is what you usually upload to the server but will wait and see if I get a reply.
It has been more than 24hrs no reply from VHR Stockcar will investigate it myself. Would of been easier if I could of got the answers from them but ignorant not to reply.
Will give until Friday to see if they reply but don't hold out much hope. I will look at it to see what I need will be the start of next week at some point.
VHR Stockcar 2015 v1.1 I have put on the server will look at running a test race soon. Mod can be downloaded from there site there is a link in downloads server has all the addons on as well so will try some of them in test races.
I can't get to grips with this mod at all going in a straight line is ok until I want to go left back just keeps coming round no matter what I do can't stop it. Don't know how to setup stockcars I know they automatically want to go to the left but there has got to be a way for a novice like me to race them.
