Ok ACC drivers we have a 30 min Tuesday time slot reserved starting in about 3 weeks ! Now I want to discuss what we want to run ! My thoughts : We only have GT3 cars .. we also have the ability to make a single car series using just one of the cars like the PCC .. The cup car can't compete with the regular 911 so this is a possibility .. Track selection : for this I want to reward the top 3 finishers of the prep series with tracks of there choice .. 6 events , First place picks first 3 tracks , 2nd place picks 2 tracks & third place gets 1 pick .. Again these are just my thoughts & this is all open for discussion !
Prep series 1 winners: 1st Jeffery Ruskus = 3 track picks 2nd Andrew Williams = 2 track picks 3rd Roberto Balli = 1 track pick Pick wisely guys ! remember these will be 30 min races !
I don't really mind, just use tracks that weren't used last season, like Zandvoort, Hungaroring and Silverstone. In no particular order.
OK Next Question for all drivers : Do we want to have a single car series ? Or simple GT3 action open car choice ? GT3 action closed car choice (race the car you pick for all events)
I would like a single car championship. Ferrari championship Lamborghini championship Etc. but that would probably reduce the numbers on the grid if some people don't like the chosen car.
Ok The next ACC Tuesday night series is open for Registration We have the time, tracks and dates, now we just need to finalize the format .. Probably best to stay with open car choice .. we started out with 40 plus drivers & ended up with a solid core of 15+ so I'm open for suggestions but don't want to do anything crazy unless everyone's on board
De-registered for our ACC series for now. Schedules and life is getting in the way. Hope to be back soon.
