2 wheels should be inside or on the white line in my book, not the curb.

    Looks like Brands at Sheenes?

ACC doesn't really care about that corner. It will say that is fine.
Cut it more and you will get a warning. 4 warnings and it is a DT (as long as the game deems you didn't gain time ;)).

I guess that variante alta is one of the worse place ever for track cut, but I didn't see any driver "straightlining the chicane".

Even in real life you can easily notice what happens at that chicane about the white lines, but racing stewards, even in the actual 2020 F1 race, focused more on the fact that you could not exploit the green part on the outside at the exit of the chicane (Grosjean and Stroll received penalty for this)

However, go at min. 1 and 46 seconds of this video and you can easily notice how difficult is for any driver to stay inside the white lines. More than 50% of the GT cars doesn't respect the limit of the white line inside the curb of the left hander, and many of them went with 4 tyres outside the white line. You seems to pretend what even the real drivers can't do. I saw only a few real cuts at that chicane.
