    Odd Name Drivers on the server !

    All drivers Please remember to be sure your IN GAME RACE NAME matches your SRO MEMBER /FORUM NAME !
    Failure to do this results in a results software error :confused::mad::eek:
    Can whoever these drivers are PLEASE fix their ACC IN GAME NAME !:D

    1. Its the IN GAME ACC name that's wrong ! simply edit your driver name in the game ACC !

    2. Or if you say the 2 names are the same already did you change it after you first ever logged onto the SRO server ?
    I have seen it do that , It's just like AC where it uses the GUID over the name , & just stores the first name it see's associated with that GUID , If you go out and change it douring a session it will show correct in the chat but not in the results.json .. Next time the server restarts I will wipe the entry list & that should show your correct name if you have already changed it .

    Hey Rob,

    Will the times (both this and the Saturday champ) be changing to reflect BST?

    20.15 GMT was 8.15 UK time, but now 20.15 GMT is 9.15 UK time.

    Ah crap, that's too bad .. The disagree reaction was not the right one, I respect your sleep but wanted to have you in it .. I would have liked an hour earlier myself as the start is quite late for my taste as well..

    DO NOT SHARE PASSWORDS
    You are Not Allowed to share passwords with anyone who is not registered for an event. Recently we have had issues with processing race results because there have been drivers participating who are not registered. In one instance, the driver was not even a member of SRO. This causes problems for our automated results processing and we end up having to do a lot of manual cleanup to get the data into the system.

    Violation of this policy will result in a site ban.

    Also, it's fairly easy to setup your own server - if you just need yourself and one or two friends, then bandwidth is not an issue. I'll do a writeup if anyone is interested in a howto.
