For the next event I will pick the weather (randomly) myself, it seems the random in game weather always starts with thunderstorm. Not that is a bad thing as its fun drifting round corners rather then turning Rob's had 2 out of 2 I lost a few seconds in the first few laps of race 2 while waiting for the grip to kick in, for some reason I went faster at the end of the race
woohoo we may have a couple more ppl for tomorrow's event, asked a couple of guys if they want to join us News on Aaron Thompson (from the real series) who was supposed to join us, he missed the 1st event and now he has a broken thumb and can't steer properly, hopefully he will make it before the end of July.
I don't get it. At last nights race I was about to get lapped half way through a 20 minute race, so I gave up. I know I'm never the fastest on the track but I've never been so far off pace. At the start the other cars were pulling away like they were in a different class with a lot more horsepower. Not sure what settings I'm missing or what I'm doing wrong but it's no fun racing when I'm so far off the pace. Good luck to all.

Don't know what happened, one minute was in the race then got disconnected. server unavailable it said. I couldn't find the race in the list. so I joined game through a friend in steam. really disappointed.
Wondered where you dissapeared too. Shame about the disconnection, it can be a real pain sometimes. I remember the good old race 07 days when everyone would vanish but your game carried on
Gearing makes a lot of difference, I had a couple of laps on default changed them a bit gained some good time. Rest of the setup was default apart from gearing.
^^^ I remember someone else before (in a past race) having an issue where the car would drive slowly but I can't remember what the issue was. Maybe it was a glitch/bug. I would check the wheel settings and make sure everything is still working as intended. My wheel ocassionally changes its settings for some unknown reason.
