Track is VERY rubbered also, that counts on rFactor2 ;)

It takes a little bit of practice, though the Williams is probably the car with the most downforce, which makes it relatively easy to drive. I have yet to try the Ligier, but I suspect the Williams just beats all the other DFV-teams, which pretty much leaves only Ferrari and Renault to choose from, in terms of competitiveness.

The Ferrari has a lot more action on the throttle, which means you can steer it a little bit more with the right foot, allowing for better acceleration. Less room for error, though...

The Renault has amazing power in the top end of the revs due to turbo, resulting in stunning top speed, but it's sluggish through slow corners because the downforce doesn't seem to do enough to keep the revs up safely.

And yes, the track is very rubbered. I had some 40 AI roll over it at x15 for about 30 minutes.

When can we expect a server to go live?

    EDIT:

I forgot to mention the DFV also uses the least fuel. At Kyalami you need about 120 liters to finish the race, whereas the Ferrari needs around 150 and the Renault around 200(!) liters. Carrying a passenger in your car does hurt the early race performance quite a bit. :D

Looks like it's not "finished" yet, also the calendar is already set, usually i don't like last minute changes...

    Hello
When will the server be online?
How many days before each race?

Can't find that info in the link you provided... :(

It has the calendar on the righthand side of the page...

EDIT: Nevermind, I understand your question is about the servers going online not about the calendar. I don't have the information you're asking for. In fact, I asked it before myself, but no answer was provided.

The server will usually be up at least 3-4 days before the race date, maybe more in some cases, but it can depend on how many races are scheduled for the same Sim in the days before it is due.

Hi Jose, good to see you are still around and racing :)

For passwords go to the Championship tab at the top of the page and then select the race you have entered from My Next Events. The practice and race passwords are listed there.
So for this race it is here https://www.simracingonline.co.uk/racing/eventinfo/150

One more question, i read in the rules that in the money events, for the driver to claim his winnings he should've done 100% of the races! Is this correct? I only earn a prize if i enter 100% of the races?

No, not for this series. You win or loose according to the number of points you collect during the championship. You don't have to be at all races to claim your prize. It will cost you points of course if you're not there :).

Can I put my 10 cents in to this, If you miss any race for what ever reason it will make it very difficult for you to make the top 10.

I predict you'll need about 150 points for that top 10. Hit the top 5 about 5 times and you're home free. May be more difficult than it looks, though. :D
