Registration Welcome to the Monday Night Racing AMS2 Holiday Group C series! This series brings us to the iconic Group C class. Group C was a category of sports car racing introduced by the FIA in 1982 and continuing until 1993 AMS2 brings it back to life in spectacular fashion, and now we get to get behind the wheel of these amazing cars! Enjoy 6 compelling events over this Holiday season, including a run on the infamous Green Hell, that is, the Nordschleife. Check out the events: Mon Dec 8, 2025 19:15 R1 Termas de Rio Hondo Mon Dec 29, 2025 19:15 R2 Cascais alt. Mon Jan 05, 2026 19:15 R3 Nordschleife 2025 Mon Jan 19, 2026 19:15 R4 Daytona Road Course Mon Feb 02, 2026 19:15 R5 Rd Atlanta Mon Feb 16, 2026 19:15 R6 Interlagos This series will feature some DLC tracks! Don't have the DLC? Not to worry In AMS2 you don't need to own the DLC tracks to race on them As long as the player hosting the server owns the DLC (like SRO admin = me), any player can join and race on the tracks So don't let that stop you from enjoying this Holiday series! Registration is now open! You have 4 cars to choose from and can change vehicles at any time, after all, this is a Holiday series. So spice up the eggnog, fasten your seatbelts, & let's Go!!
A bit of a strange choice. Group C and 45-minute races. It doesn't work. It's like making 20-minute races in F1. Group C is for longer races, and if you want 45 minutes, then it's something like Brazilian stock cars or older ones like the old DTM.
It's all I have time for week days in the euro time zone as I live in the US and go to work at 21:00 & it's just a holiday series for some fun .. & F1 does have 30 min sprint races Saying it doesn't work is just not true. This Class doesn't even race anymore, so nothiong wrong with having some fun with these cool cars. For me, it's better to race them around for 45 minutes than not to race them at all I would love to have a weekend series with these cars & have 90 min races, so maybe if we have a good turnout we can set something like that up!
