    This is a single event race.

    Even though the official Le Mans 2020 race is moved to September 2020, we still like to get some action going in June at Sim Racing Online.
    We will drive on the Le Mans 2017 track for 2,4 hours (144 minutes). The starting time is set at 20.00 GMT to allow people from other timezone's than Europe to be able to join the race.

    Cars used in the event:
    Class 1) LMP2 Oreca 07
    Class 2) GTE

    Race details:
    Date: Saturday June 20 2020
    Qual: 20:00 GMT
    Race: 20:20 GMT
    Length: 2,4 hours (144 minutes + 5 minutes formation lap = 149 minutes)
    Always dry
    Damage: 100%
    Official race (effects ranking)

    Start of the race:
    1. We will do a full formation lap.
    2. The pole-sitter starts the race coming out of the last chicane.

    @Chad Bartrum Can't see why not matey.

    SRO usually allow them, I'm dusting off the Silk Cut car for sure :)

    @John vd Geest quick question about the race.

    Will this be a simulation 24 hour run? Or will the race end in the evening, etc? If so I'll do some practice runs at that time of day, also because I seem to remember my PC for some reason is a bit marginal when the special FX lighting effects start to kick in. It's 100% fine in morning to late afternoon.

    We will run in full daylight, starting 14:00 in game time (time of day in the game) without time acceleration.

    For newcomers to the Studio 397 Endurance Pack, there is a Le Mans aero package for all cars. You will find it under "Tuning".

    Loving the lighting on the first one, odd one out of course....it's the Road To Le Mans Race I think but doesn't matter when it looks this good :)

    However they are all great :)

    Can anyone let me know how to get the following ?
    - Tyre temperatures and wear
    - ffb clipping
    - race map with positions
    - radar

    Sorry I don't know all the answers for this one but I can answer the following.

    - Tyre temperatures and wear
    Nice and easy, if you set your in-car HUD display (lower right hand on the screen) so you can change pages. There is a tyre temp and wear indicator there.
    - ffb clipping
    Sorry I don't have anything like this for RF2, but I'm sure something exists somewhere.
    - race map with positions
    Depends on how much detail you want. You can have basic race positions on the page displays (same as tyre temps display) but you can also switch on the position display at the bottom of the screen, its assigned to one of the number keys.
    - radar
    By default no, I'm afraid not.

    There is also Simhub https://www.racedepartment.com/downloads/rfactor-2-hud-simhub.18132/

    But I'll be honest with you, I don't use it. Purely because I'm never too sure about addons like this as I've had game crashes in the past using plugins on sims.

    Other than those defaults that Andrew has mentioned, I'm not aware of any rF2 plugins that either still work or have been released since they went DX11 only.

    Yes SimHub I understand will work with DX11 RF2 but it has to be run in a window rather than full screen, it also hasn't been updated in a while.

    Like you say there were plenty of addons for the DX9 version of the game but they were all made obsolete after the graphical update.
