For all you modellers out there , I just got this and can recommend this sheet
maybe a bit big for small scale . But much easier to use than water transfer "carbon sheet"
I use it for my own made front fenders "wings" from scrap lexan

Sorry to say I didn´t nail the blue color , and those special made decals was not off same high quality as Tamiya´s
Still await some more hope they are better the body will be a mix off PC 2 and "Gran Turismo " they are my inspiration.

Dosen´t look so good at close up , and will sure go back to my own front cooling net from Plastic Padding

Started a long time ago...old kit, simplistic and of completely outdated quality, the only limit is your imagination to improve it...! The good thing is that it's only 7€.
I've improved a lot of things (at my level), we can do a lot more, but we have to set limits!

 

Hi Ken,
The 2 kits in the photo are from the same manufacturer, SMER or Mister craft, depending on the year of manufacture or reissue! A bit hard to find though.
They also make aircraft at low prices, with varying degrees of success! (like cars, cheap = a lot of work to improve !)

 

Long time no see .
After some slow progress and getting crap decal sheet from "down under" I found a Canadian guy that have
good quality decals .
So decal time it was.

End result off the Mercedes not a "blue print" though , did my own gps antenna thats about it .


And a spare body for the grand kids to wreck


So end off the project now back to the military things .
