I'm interested in participating in this championship. I don't know how this car works but as it is forward driven, it could be fun to push it to the limits.

 

Well, its FWD, so it tends to understeer. So setup wise you need to think a bit different to RWD.

 

Hi Roy, I've just tried it a few minutes ago and I find that the car behavior is quite neutral. Yes you're right, it can have some understeer. This car is fun and good. Its only small default is braking. Maybe it can be set up for the brakes but by default, it's quite well balanced. It's just the braking pressure we need to pay attention to. Even very slightly pushed, it brakes well. What worries me a little bit is when there is a car just in front of us. If he brakes too early, we would maybe brake a little too hard and lose grip and maybe hit the car. So in practice session it's nice. With other cars, I think we should be very smooth.

 

Just had myself a practice race against the AI. This Barbagallo track lends itself for some close racing. Gotta love this mod

 

Barbagallo is a great track... never tried the AC version tough.
I raced there the g40 with rF1 and the BTTC mod in rF2, and I know what you mean.. very fun and perfect for close racing!

I tried a few laps.... not my favourite FWD combo.
I still like rF2 best,
But,
I admit... pretty fun stuff
