it could just be a glitch with the way the timing system works but when you look at the server information and click on one of the LMP3’s it shows as Slick Soft. Not sure where it gets that info from. Doesn’t matter too much but the way the tyre wears it must be a soft or soft-medium type compound

just to mention Ken, I’m really sorry but I only realized tonight. My work changed their annual stock take and moved it a week later. So I’ll have to miss round 2. However I’ll still jump on the server for some laps, because the car’s fun anyway

Congratulations to Caitlin on a close-fought victory in LPM3! Well done. Great runs from both Ken & Andrew to score on the podium.
Ditto for Joe for the GTE honours with Paul & Barrett joining him on the podium.
As far as I can recollect, this is my first rF2 online race. Can't remember anything prior. While not even remotely competitive, I did, at least, get my feet wet and had some fun. Most memorable moment was on Lap05 when my screen froze for several seconds when approaching the braking zone on the back straight. I thought for sure that I was headed for Discoville but it came back for me to see that I was thundering off track and headed straight for the barriers at speed. CRUNCH! I got a chance to experience an rF2 pit stop for damage. Can't be bad. Back on track and miles behind, I tried to stay out of everyone's way as best I could and get it home. Job done. CYA next round!

Interesting, I think that was when I had my black screen as well. Maybe there was a brief server issue or something. I was scared my screen would come back just as I approached the braking zone! haha. Shame you had the issue you did though, glad the damage wasn't enough to put you out. These things are always annoying
