Automobilista 2 Round 1 Imola

Was a bit dull. Flat-spotted my tyres early on which took the front left to 5% after just a handful of laps. The brakes didn't work all race and the car felt different to practice, so times were about 1 second slower than average. Couldn't really race wheel to wheel because the server was crapping itself with lag when that happened. Congrats to the rest of the podium.

 

My first Automobilista 2 race ever and it did not go quite to plan, feeling is very different to RF2 and still getting used to this sim.

sorry to Clarke who I ran into the back of after outbraking myself, did a drive through on the same lap as penance.

Did not really have the ideal pace and ended up in no mans land, still some more work to do to understand how the setup changes work in this sim.

Very kind of you John to let me through, I can understand if you did not want to fight and lose time.

haha thanks Gilles I think I had a duff engine today, as I had no drive off teh line at the start and after my pit stop. Both times I finally managed to get drive by going into reverse first, At the start it took me several laps to work that out. I have no idea why it did this.
