Well done, Simon. That could not have been easy for the GT's on this track with all the Porsches flying by :)
I can imagine it was scary LOL!

    Well done all!

I hope the broadcast is OK, I will put chapters into it later.... I unfortunately didn't get the replay system working this time. How do you like the new graphics and transitions? :D

Half way through, I hit the wall in the final corner and got damage on the rear and my steering was a bit off. Together with my worn tyres, it all went down hill from there. Still, was good fun. I enjoyed myself :)

    Cheers to the winners!

Struggled a lot with the first sector or especially the esses, the only good thing, the strategy was more important than the raw pace.
As the first started to pit, I was not sure how long I should extend my stint. So as the leader and John continued, I thought why should I pit. The last turn an the right turn after the esses got more sketchy every lap and when the track was 100% wet, I wanted to pit. But again, I waited a few laps to see what John and Nick were going to do.
In the end I lost my nerves and I pitted for rain tyres. No the right call, the track got less wet, as soon I exited the pit.

So I should have pitted earlier or continued with my tyres and just take fuel. Still, it was ok, by waiting so long, at least I had no issue to make the rain tyres last. But yeah, that is a bit of a lottery. Apart from that, it was a good race, managing traffic is not my strong point, but I guess runing such races helps to get better.
And no worries Ben, I guess by missing one of the chicanes, it also my responsibility to rejoin to avoid cars which have tank slappers  But the damage did not change much.

Thanks for the broadcast as well. See you soon.

Kind of a lonely race from my POV, just lots of 917s whizzing past every so often. Managed to mis-shift a couple times, finding first gear instead of 3rd. Thanks for the broadcast, Neil!

Won't be making round 2 due to autocross, but expect to make the rest of the rounds.
