...3 for speeding in pitlane, probably on entrance. often drivers rely too much on speedlimiter effect instead of braking enough. maybe a whisker too fast. perhaps u can check replay for that.

If you or anyone else still need the replay, here
(not the full race, the last 10-20 minutes are missing)
Its ok, I have not much to add, other than the more I watch it the less I understand my move, because even if I wrongly tried to pass there, there is enough run-off to at least avoid a collision. But yeah, the aim is to avoid that in the future for sure.
What confused me (and cause the speeding DT) was the fact, that "adding" fuel works slightly different than in rf2. I tried to select "add" zero fuel, but minium were five liters and in my pit stall it said, you cannot remove fuel during the race. So then you configure the fuel level after the pit stop, which is probably good to know.

Nice race everyone! Grats for making the first lap without any incidents for the first event of 2026.
Sorry to see some drivers having connection issues. These are the MSG 397 RC servers with lots of bandwidth, the same ones used for all their daily stuff..
Lots of good battles up and down the grid!
Grats to the top 3 in each class!
Fastest lap in Q ELMS P2 was Nick Westy +1 point
Fastest lap in Race ELMS P2 was Matej Dakskobler +1 point
Fastest lap in Q and R LMGT3 was Michele Rizzo +2 points

FYI, here is the Penalty list :

Remember, with LMU, whatever fuel number you have selected will be what the game tries to have you exit the pits with. The message "cant remove fuel" will pop up if you have a lower amount selected to add than what's still in the tank .. because its not going to add to what you have - its going to have whatever amount you choose in the tank when you exit the pits ..
An example of it all going wrong would be this, let's say you have 10L in the tank with 20 min of race time left, you figure you will need 15L to finish the race, so you want to stop for 5L. Now, if you select 5L for your pit stop its not going to add 5L  it's going to say you "cant remove fuel" (because you already have 10L) and it wont add any, so you leave the pits with still having 10L ..what you need to do is select the amount/number of fuel you need to finish -- so 15L should be what you select before the stop to be leaving the pits with 15L ..
So in a sense, it does add to what you have, but you need to include what's in the tank already and add the number you want to add in your calculations to have a total of what's in the tank when you exit the pits ..

Another tip on the fueling quirk: the "fuel" and/or "virtual energy" widgets in TinyPedal can be set to "show absolute refueling" (i.e., the amount you will need for the remaining race time). Of course the race ends when the overall leader crosses the line after the clock runs out, so you still need to account for the extra lap or more that may be needed to complete the lap you're on when that happens (this can actually be more than 1 extra when Multi-class on a long enough track).

had my usual problem of the sound packing up when i went to the grid, i had the windows sound settings open in the background so that i could switch the sound to speakers then back to earphones to get it working again, then the game crashed. i quickly rebooted the game and it let me rejoin the race and start from the pits! so i left pitlane 55 seconds behind the person in last place, was mainly hotlapping for the remainder of the race until the last 20 mins when i had a battle for position. on the plus side my steering problems seem to have gone away
