    does anyone have a good setup for porsche GTE and driving tips??
    ive done alot of offline laps (race and Practice)
    But cannot break past 1:47...
    :(
    i see chaps have done 1:43. i dont want to be a mobile roadblock tonight

    I have done 1.43s, but this is low fuel quali runs.
    My race pace will be 46's to low 47's

    Start...are we having little gaps between classes and does race start with p2 launching off OR race starts when class leader launches off at final turn?
    My concern is mainly with p3 and gt since they will be mixed out there.
    Specially fastest gt guys will be in the mix with slower p3 drivers.
    Id suggest like 5 sec gaps between classes and each class starts the race when class leader starts it.

    Unless it is so allready. Have to read that 1st post still :D

    I just changed the fuel mixture to qualifying, and lowest wing setting, and softest tires, and get 1.43.4. I haven't even tested the race pace yet.

    Have you tried the Low Drag option in the Tuning section. I have done 1 single 1:45 in Race trim but I'm more likely to be doing 1:47's on average so your race pace is OK. Don't worry about others just enjoy your racing. For what it's worth my setup is attached. The TS2 setup was tested using the Standard Aero the TS3LD setup I did a couple of laps with the Low Drag on Race fuel and did a 1:45. More testing is required to see if this is going to be a stable one for the race. :)

    Yes, for who doesn't know, you can select from 3 different aero packages in the car selection menu. Click on "Tuning". You can also select "unrestricted tires" there for soft, medium and hard.

    Good idea. We'll do that.
    We will start with a formationlap.
    5 second gap between classes.
    Each class leader will start the race coming out of the last turn. No overtaking until the class leader starts the race.

    So any LMP3s that qualify behind the GTE pole will pass them on the formation lap?

    Yes, if any LMP3's are between the GTE's on the formationlap, they can overtake the GTE's and form up behind the last LMP3 in order of qualifying.
    But carefully though, no paint swapping!!

    Qual starts at 08.00 GMT in 4,5 hours.
    There is no boost or fuelmap for the LMP3.

    Don't worry, traffic plays a bigger part in multiclass racing then outright speed. And with 30+ cars on the grid, you / they will rarely get a full clean lap as in practise.
    If you can handle traffic better then an alien, you will keep up with him :)
