Sorry guy´s but with to little time to practise and practise rain session. I decided not to be a dangerous moving
chicane . So I sign out off this serie , hard as it is. :(

When I started the race, the car slowely moved backwards, because I wasn't pressing the brakes, and I got a penalty. But the problem was, that it didn't show on my pit LCD. I went in pits anyway, but nothing happened. Then with scrolling through the menus, in the pits, I didn't realise I was driving in 2nd gear, and in 2nd gear, pit limiter here doesn't work ok. I got another penalty for speeding. Went in to serve it, hoping it would delete the 1st one too, but it didn't. Got another for speeding, in again, and then when I got to start/finish line, I was DQ.
Anyone else ever had problem with getting a penalty and not showing up in pit LCD? And so not able to serve it? It happened to me before, but I would really like to solve it once and for all.
Hope you all had fun and clean race!

Very close battle between the top 5 GT3's... which is what we like to see.
Except Roman, congratz, you were on a class of your own.

Even without my spin (distracted by a silly attempt from an Hyper-car one corner before...) would still be probably some 10ish second short.

I think the Ferrari had the pace to get there... but it was kind of tough to nail it on a consistent base... plus I kind of chicken out from being flat out on eau rouge, 70% of the time... :D... maybe the Hard's were not the right strat today.

    Cya all...

Sorry for the bump at the last laps, I was trying to overtake Freddy :)
Thankfully not a lot of damage, it was a bit confusing at the end trying to figure out what to do.

I'm sorry Matej, I hope everything goes well for you in the next races. Today it was more dangerous with the LMP; John, leaving the pits, almost caused a crash with me. This time we were lucky, but still you relaxed, please be careful.

And I also have a question - why did all the LMPs drive the formation lap at 145-150 km/h? did you want to overtake us by a lap during the formation lap? or did I not understand something in the briefing and is 120 for GT3, and 145 for LMP? ..

Great evenings racing guys, yep hards may have been a little tricky in the end. Slight coming together with Johnny at the hairpin pretty much stopped any progress after that due to front damage which dropped me into the clutches of Matteo. Still a finish just, look forward to 2 weeks time.;)

Good racing all. I had fun. Congrats to Nick and Roman. Fast guys and happy they won. Good racing Simon. Sorry about my rear popping out. I turned and didn't expect it to pop out like that so understand the contact. More of it being my fault as I was the one in front getting sideways. I was also damaged. Couldn't take high speed turns as the car was wobbly. Thought I had no more wing but it was just the right rear really damaged.

Sorry about talking during the race. I actually thought the race was over as I thought a certain person that crossed the finish line was the last guy on track. Don't know about the STF.. part though. Yikes.

Anyways, had fun, all is well and hope all had a good race.

I'm having deja vu to what I said at the start of the season... seems it is just going to continue unless warnings are handed out. I am not looking forward to having to go through a 90 mins+ replay tomorrow just to see what was happening!!

Very, very, very tactical race in GT3, a bit boring because I had few battles with other drivers, unfortunately my pace in the first hour of the race was a little slower, I tried to save tires since I had decided to run the whole race with the same tires. in the end I pushed a bit harder and managed to catch up and overtake Simon on the last lap, he was on the same strategy of mine but I think he ran out of tires in the last laps

@Simon I saw the replay, you made the turn as if I wasn't there, It's not easy to take decisions at top speed in that corner on the last lap, but if you had stayed wide you could have had the inside in the last corner

Congrats Roman, Kahel and Johnny for the podium

Mate, I knew you were there but the tyres weren’t the issues, the car was damaged and losing 2-3 seconds a lap especially turning right. I would have never been able to keep that corner to the last corner but never mind it was fun

It is a real shame that a thing like rolling back on the start grid put you in so much trouble.

Sorry about that Roman. When I got out of the pit onto the track, I did not realize you were there until we had door-to-door contact. Luckily the bump was minor enough for us to keep going.

I did indeed say that the Formation lap should be done at 120 km/h for both classes. Pole sitters, and everyone behind, please stick to the rules for the remaining events. For an event to go organized, we need everybody to pay attention to structure or it becomes a wild-west show. :)

Warnings were handed out after Imola. You just didn't see them because it was done through the mail.
The "Driver-watchlist" is still in effect. If a driver does not have the right mentality to drive an LM Hypercar, he will be asked to go to the GT3 class.

If anyone thinks a driver should be put on the drivers-watchlist, please mail me:
    - name of driver
    - laps/corners of incidents (there has to be a pattern of dangerous driving, not just 1 incident)

True, that expression didn't hit the right tone, but I fully understand why Neil got upset about it. It's very distracting having people chat while you're still racing.

Dear members ... Please do not chat until the qual or the race is fully over and everybody is in the pits or over the finish line.

Having done this myself a few years ago, i'll just add that it's very difficult to identify that moment when a handful of drivers do are doing a cool-down lap. Is there an easy way to determine who is doing that v. those who haven't finished? Roman, Neil and i had only just make T1 when Nick did the checker. It was another 2 minutes before we finished.

It even confused Rob on the stream. (another great stream, Rob!)
