Specs: 4790K, 32GB, GTX1080 Ti @ 7680 x 1440 Boot drive = ssd rF2 drive = seagate hybrid
Offline sessions running 23 AI + me I get between 70 and 160 fps depending on which tracks and even which sections of track I'm driving or viewing the replay at.

Online, it seems there's less stress on the system without AI so in full online sessions ranging from 20 to well over 30 cars I'm consistently getting over 100 fps at all times. Usually quite steady in the 120s - 140s with peaks in the high 170 fps
* Side note for slow loading times, I recently found I had the odd duplicate track. i.e. A workshop version as well as an installed version from a mod, event or whatever. When I removed most of these 'duplicates', suddenly load times went from minutes to seconds. Worth checking your track list in the Launcher. *

These are my settings. Maybe it will help someone.
Nvidia Control Panel settings, game config settings and I also have a Nvidia inspector profile if any one wants it.

I also have my services and startup items as well as all other aspects of background or visual elements of Windows 10 highly modified / optimized.

My system is for simulations and gaming only. Nothing else.
