really fun race, the battle with robin was epic, was like battling against a mirror, a few close calls, was so engrossed in the battle that I only realized that metteo was coming up behind me fast on the last lap, almost had me at the last corner on the last lap, the last few laps were like ice, I was having to drift it around the porsche curves as the rears had overheated.

Robin drove the best race I have seen from him so far, a well deserved win.

    NO-SHOW

Krzysiek Konopka has been removed from the series as a no-show.
If he forgot about the race, he can sign back up again.

    Bravo @Robin Taylor @Kahel Grahf
Watched stream on and off at work and final stages while going home in a bus. Good race, mostly.

There were 20 starters in the race and Le Mans has 62 pit boxes, so I was somewhat surprised to find mine occupied when I needed it :p

How come Ed Jones who completed 14 laps is showing as behind both Mark Hightree on 9 laps and Ben Summers on 5 laps?

I got DQ'd. No idea why. I was also DQ'd in the practice race at LeMans, and about at the same point in the race. I had a few off tracks both races but I never saw anything telling me my point total or any sort of warnings. I don't seem to have any problems with any other track.

Ahh yes, I do remember seeing the DQ now ..
Thats strange ...... did you go the wrong way after an off? or something like that? cut across the track? werd o_O:rolleyes:

Nothing like that. I had a few offs with tires over the lines but I don't remember ever leaving the racing surface or being out-of-bounds in either event.

I will examine this tomorrow and if needed ask Mark Hightree to correct the end result.

Great race guys, awesome battle with Nick all the way through, good clean racing. unlucky with the penalty @Matteo Dentella you had the pace to win. Grats to the podium of both classes and to all that finished, those last few laps were a hard drive. On to the next

    Great stream @Rob Milliken.

What is it then? I did not break the rule and stayed with pit limit in first gear as did as every track and race. The engine rev does not mean you are moving over limit, If yes then still bug or issue to me. That is obvious track or mod issue If not occures every track.
Meanwhile could not find your mentioned post.

hopefully the replay will give us a clue. just a thought occurred just now: headlights maybe? do you have them on "auto"? i've suffered a DQ for that a while ago and it didn't kick in until the pit stop. only warning was a single chat message "headlights now required".

edit: just checked the replay, and you're headlights were on about the same time everyone else's came on. so that's not it. You hit your pit entrance speed perfectly, so that's not it. Slight cut at the second part of the Dunlop chicane after your pit, but...???

OH WAIT!!! your headlights go off as you exit the pits! button map issue? You seem late to get off the limiter as well.

Do a couple of laps and the map will be recorded automatically.

It's showing like that because in the results file it has Ed as DQ'd. I can change that if the DQ is not legit. I can't imagine Ed doing anything that warrants a DQ :)

I tried that, it was Le Mans so maybe it needs more than 2 laps? but as it's an overly, it still doesn't show on the OBS screen for the broadcast so i need to figure that out ..

I think it was the headlights on pit exit that caused the DQ as shown by Barrett, hardly a reason to get a DQ ....but that's what rF2 does ..
I guess the stewards can make the call on the final positions..
